And for your added peace of mind, all parts and labour are guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles.

In addition to our in-house Proton servicing levels, our team is fully trained to service to Proton manufacturer specification. This means that any existing warranty remaining on your Proton stays valid and we also check your Proton’s service history to ensure we don’t add any fluids or lubricants to components which have already received them.

Our workshop is conveniently located on Saltmeadows Road near the centre of Gateshead with plenty parking available and easy access to public transport hubs. However, if it’s tricky for you to get to us, we do offer a vehicle collection and delivery service – will pick up and return your car, using protective steering wheel covers, seat covers and floor covers at all times to provide a clean collection and delivery service for you.

Under EU Block Exemption legislation, a manufacturer can no longer insist that Proton owners have their car serviced at an official dealership – as long as your Proton is serviced to the Proton servicing schedule (which it will be at GC Autos ), dealerships are obliged to honour your Proton warranty.
